Barrio 7 — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Barrio 7. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered both domestically and internationally.


🚚 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • High-volume periods (drops, restocks, sales) may result in slightly longer processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.


📦 Domestic Shipping

We offer domestic shipping with delivery within 1 week from the date your order is shipped.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unexpected factors.

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.


🌍 International Shipping

Barrio 7 ships worldwide.

Please be aware:

  • Delivery times vary by country and may take longer due to customs processing.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Customs delays may extend delivery times.


🧾 Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


🚫 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Barrio 7 is not liable for:

  • Delays resulting from incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages caused by address errors

  • Additional fees charged for address corrections by the carrier

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the courier, it is the courier’s responsibility.

Barrio 7 is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Stolen packages

  • Courier delays or routing issues

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
