We take pride in the quality of our streetwear.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• No stains, odors, or damage

We do not accept returns on:
• Final Sale / Clearance items
• Used or worn items
• Items without original packaging
• Custom or personalized items

Please include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.


🔁 Exchanges

We allow size or color exchanges if stock is available.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless:
• We sent the wrong item, or
• The item arrived damaged

If we do not have the requested replacement in stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

We will notify you by email when your refund has been approved or rejected.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The product is faulty
• The item arrived damaged
• We sent the wrong product

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Send:
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

We will replace or refund as soon as possible.


❗️Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Gift cards
• Discounted / Sale items
• Worn or washed items
• Items with scent, marks, deodorant, or sweat


📍 International Orders

International returns are accepted.
However, shipping costs and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds will not cover:
• Customs duties
• Import fees
• Original shipping cost


🔐 Chargebacks & Fraud

We take fraud seriously.
Any suspicious activity or chargeback abuse may result in:
• Account bans
• Order cancellation
• Legal follow-up
